Working Principle

P0300SCMCRP adopts a two-stage thyristor switch control mode, which mainly consists of two stages, including an armature relay switch and an undervoltage thyristor switch. The armature relay is used to control the energization and de-energization of the high voltage circuit. When the input command is energized, the coil is energized, the armature relay is driven to move, the contacts are closed, and the high voltage is connected to the load circuit. When the input command is off, the coil is de-energized, the armature relay is reset and the contact is opened, the high voltage power supply is disconnected from the load circuit.

The undervoltage thyristor switch is used to control the on-off operations of the medium and low voltage circuit. In normal operation, when the armature relay is energized and the contacts are closed, the undervoltage thyristor switch will be closed to make the load circuit connected. When the armature relay is off, the turn on voltage of the undervoltage thyristor will be greater than the undervoltage voltage of the load circuit. Then the thyristor switch will be turned off and the load circuit will be disconnected.
