P0720EAL Application Field and Working Principle

Within the Thyristors family, the P0720EAL is a K-rated two-part thyristor, which has special stress characteristics. Many electronic industries use the textured emitter with a low saturation voltage rating. This low saturation voltage rating helps to control the switching speed.
