TVS (Transient Voltage Suppressor) diodes provide electrical protection from overvoltage conditions in electronic circuits. The P4KA12HE3/54 is a double bidirectional TVS diode which reacts to both overvoltage and undershoot conditions.

The P4KA12HE3/54 is a surface mount type diode measuring 2.45mm x 3.60mm and housed in a TSSOP-5 package. It offers an excellent level of electrical protection from high and low voltages due to its very low dynamic resistance (Rdyn) of 3 Ohms, which is much lower than conventional diodes.
