PBRC-3.00AR is a type of resonators widely used in many application fields. A resonator is an electrical device that stores, absorbs, or releases electrical energy in resonance with an alternating current of specific frequency. PBRC-3.00AR resonators have a three-pole design with a capacitive, inductive and a third element, known as a reactance element, all connected in series. This three-pole design allows the resonator to provide ultra-low profile peak-to-peak variations over their frequency range, ideal for applications requiring low power consumption, high selectivity and overall system performance. PBRC-3.00AR resonators can be used in numerous applications such as radio frequency identification (RFID) systems, personal communication systems, satellite radio receivers, digital personal video recorders, GPS systems, vehicle radar systems, cellular base stations and automotive systems. The PBRC-3.00AR is also widely used in medical applications, including medical instrumentation, medical imaging and medical components. The working principle for PBRC-3.00AR resonators is simple yet elegant. An alternating current of specific frequency is generated from the circuit. This current generates an electromagnetic field which interacts with capacitive, inductive and reactive elements of the PBRC-3.00AR resonator circuit. The capacitive element absorbs selected frequencies while the inductive element releases selected frequencies while the reactive element adds stability to the circuit. The result of this interaction is a low profile peak-to-peak frequency variation ideal for applications requiring low power consumption, high selectivity and overall system performance. PBRC-3.00AR resonators are designed to provide excellent performance in the frequency range of 50 MHz to 3,000 MHz. They have a typical rated RF power of 0.25W and a supply voltage of 3.3 V. PBRC-3.00AR resonators have a high component Q Factor of 85-130 and a small capacitive component of 0.1pF – 0.25pF. In addition, the PBRC 3.00AR has a wide temperature range from -40 degrees Celsius to +85 degrees Celsius and a very low 1GHz insertion loss.Finally, PBRC-3.00AR resonators are the perfect solution for applications requiring a high-performance, low profile peak-to-peak frequency variation. PBRC-3.00AR provide excellent power levels, component Q Factor, and dynamic features making them ideal for several applications. With the wide frequency range, wide temperature range, low insertion loss, and component Q Factor, PBRC-3.00AR resonators are the perfect choice for handling low-power and high selectivity applications such as RFID and cellular base station applications.
