Fixed inductors are components used to regulate electromagnetic field in circuits. Commonly used inductors in electronic components include PL9305NL, which is a ferrite core coil. It is produced by winding an insulated wire of a certain gauge around the ferrite core. The inductors help to regulate or limit the current in a circuit, and can be used to protect or sense the current.
The PL9305NL fixed inductor is composed of a ferrite core and metalized polypropylene film. The winding is composed of covered copper wires or enameled wires. This windings is interchangeable with NO-750-B and SC-3000-D. The ferrite core is made of super-high permeability magnetic material and combined with the winding, the effectiveness of the PL9305NL fixed inductor is increased significantly as compared to the NO-750-B and SC-3000-D inductor.
In terms of application fields, the PL9305NL fixed inductor is typically used in digital products, such as computers, terminals, cellphone and other handheld electronic products. The inductor is commonly used to eliminate common mode noise, protect the circuit from overcurrent, overvoltage and short circuit and work as a stabilizer to maintain power stability. In addition, the P9305NL fixed inductor can also be applied in transformer lines, transformers, high frequency power supplies, such as radio frequency power supplies or high frequency switching power supplies.
The working principle of the PL9305NL inductor is based on the dual mechanism of a magnetic connection and a loop resistance connection. Depending on the current direction, the current flow of the inductor can be divided into two parts -- the forward current and the backwards current. When the forward current flows, the inductor stores energy in a magnetic field, while the backwards current releases the energy stored in the magnetic field.
The PL9305NL inductor also has a higher voltage, longer life and better temperature stability. When the current passing through the inductor, the resistance of the inductor is activated and a backward current, equal to the forward current, flows through the metalized component which is embedded in the ferrite core. The back current reduces the forward current and distributes the energy to the inductor. The inductor with both forward and backward currents is the key to the stability and quietness of digital circuits.
In conclusion, the PL9305NL fixed inductor is one of the most common inductors used in today’s digital products. It has excellent magnetic properties and can both absorb and disperse the energy generated by the current. Lastly, the PL9305NL inductor is more reliable and longer lasting than the NO-750-B and SC-3000-D inductor, which makes it ideal for application in industrial settings or circuits with high vibration.
