PT7M6118NLTA3EX is a PMIC – Supervisors with a programmable overvoltage supervisor for overvoltage monitoring and protection of up to four input/output voltage rails. This device is a multi-channel overvoltage supervisor with high accuracy and fast response that can be used to monitor and protect against various overvoltage conditions in a wide range of applications.The PT7M6118NLTA3EX is a sophisticated PMIC – Supervisors with a programmable OVP (overvoltage protection) detection circuit. It contains four (4) differential overvoltage channels that can be independently set to monitor and protect multiple input/output voltage rails. The differential OVP circuit utilizes a low-power circuit with comparators that detect a small differential voltage between the input and output channels. When the detected differential voltage exceeds a programmed threshold, an output signal is triggered to quickly initiate overvoltage protection.

The PT7M6118NLTA3EX is designed to provide high accuracy and fast response, and is suitable for applications such as cell phones, smart TVs, digital cameras, car navigation systems and more. The device is also designed for high-temperature operation, with a maximum operating temperature of +125°C.
