It is widely used in applications such as optical reflection switches, optical proximity switches, optical object detectors, IR remote controls, and automotive crash protection systems.Description of PT91-21B/TR10PT91-21B/TR10 features a reliable phototransistor, a Super High-Brightness Infrared LED, a 9~30V operating voltage range, a low operating current of only 30mA and a wide temperature range of -40°C to +125°C. The phototransistor has a high responsivity of 17mA/W, while the Super High-Brightness Infrared LED provides a maximum emission power of 600mW/sr. It is RoHS compliant and EMI protected in accordance with CISPR 22/EN 60950-1 standards. Application Field of PT91-21B/TR10PT91-21B/TR10 optoelectric sensing module is suitable for wide range of applications, including optical reflection switches, optical proximity switches, optical object detectors, IR remote controls, and automotive crash protection systems. The optical reflection switch applications include medical devices, industrial automation systems, automotive control systems, and electronic appliances. They can detect the presence of an object moving towards it and measure the distance of the object.
