PXETHLJANF-8.000000 is an oscillator based circuit, which utilizes two high gain operational amplifiers and an integrated circuit (IC). This oscillator was designed to maintain a stable output voltage during disturbances caused by different power supply voltages. The main applications of this oscillator are in order to determine the frequency stability of systems, to provide a feedback loop for a timer circuit, and to generate digital signals at a low frequency.

Working Principle

When working, the PXETHLJANF-8.000000 oscillator consists of two high gain operational amplifiers (OAs) and an integrated circuit (IC). This oscillator works in a feedback configuration such that, the output from the first operational amplifier is fed back to the input of the second operational amplifier, which result in a phase shift of the output signal by 180 degrees. This phase shift is exploited to introduce bias voltage at the input of the first operational amplifier to make the output signal of the first operational amplifier negative.

When the output signal becomes negative, the second operational amplifier will close its loop operation and its output will also be negative. At this state, the integrated circuit will then amplify the signal to the desired level and will also limit the output of the second operational amplifier in order to maintain stability. This amplifier will then continuously fluctuate between a positive and a negative voltage, thus producing an oscillating output that is quite stable.
