This flat-bottomed feature ensures a reliable connection with mating PCB surfaces. Additionally, as the contacts are gold-plated, this allows for an increased corrosion resistance, thus improving the product’s durability and reliability.The PZC15DBDN also features a plastic locking mechanism with two polarizing keys, allowing the user to easily ensure that the mating connectors are correctly aligned prior to installation. The connector also features two-stage contraction, optimizing the durability of the molded housings, while avoiding unnecessary stress on the contacts.In terms of performance, the PZC15DBDN offers excellent electrical characteristics, featuring a rated current capacity of max. 6 A per contact, as well as an insulation resistance of >10MΩ.
