RACV06-24-LP incorporates conventional boost power supply technology and patented EVP technology, creating a new class of LED drivers. It includes a high efficiency, two-stage boost power supply system and a set of proprietary patented circuit technology. This ensures a high surge capability, low noise, and high light output capability.

RACV06-24-LP provides a voltage regulating current source (RCC) for driving LEDs. This ensures precise current control, long lifetime of LEDs, and dimming function. It is designed to optimize LED performance while avoiding over-voltage, over-current and static current protection. Its features ensure improved system performance and performance stability.

The wide input voltage range 110V-240V AC enables the RACV06-24-LP to function with a variety of sources. This capability makes the driver suitable for various markets including hospitality, industrial, retail, shopping malls, residential and commercial applications. The high efficiency of the driver with a MTBF above 200k hours ensures increased system lifetime.

The working principle of RACV06-24-LP is based on the two-stage boost technology. In the first stage, a voltage regulator circuit is used to convert input AC voltage to DC voltage. In the second stage, the DC voltage is converted to higher level with a two-stage boost regulator circuit. According to dynamic principal, the output voltage is feed-backed to a last regulating unit to guarantee correct output voltage in case of changing load.

For achieving better output current accurate and efficient control, RACV06-24-LP has a constant current output system. It has a Digital Signal Processor (DSP) to provide precise current setting without the need for any external circuit, thus reducing cost. This ensures fast regulation of current with a maximum current accuracy of 2%.With a fast response time of 1ms, it also guarantees fast load regulation.

RACV06-24-LP is designed with superior thermal performance. The superior heat dissipating performance of the technology increases system reliability for long operating lifetime as well as ensures low LED junction temperature and electric stress.

The user-friendly LED driver has different operating modes such as Off mode, Dimming (Stand-by) mode, and ON mode, for providing the user with different light options and energy savings. The driver has an increased lifetime of up to 70,000 hours, allowing peak performance even after long period of time.
