The REEL family of voltage references from NXP Semiconductors is designed for use in a wide range of applications. Of the REEL family, the REEL 43GSZ is primarily a stable, monolithic, zener-regulated voltage reference. It features two power supplies, a supply voltage of 3.0 to 7.5 volts, and a band gap regulator with a precision reference of 11 volts ± 2%. It is suitable for use in power management applications such as automated test systems, instrumentation, and low voltage power supplies.
