RJSSE7361 Application Field and Working Principle

Modular connectors, also known as jacks, are essential components used for the distribution, connection, and disconnection of electric signals in the fields of telecommunications, instrumentation, measurement, and automation.

The RJSSE7361 is a modular jack designed for 8P8C Ethernet applications. It has two kinds of terminal systems that support Solder, and Crimp steel contacts, which feature a mating design and dust protection cover that prevents dust and other foreign objects from entering the network port.

In terms of applications, the RJSSE7361 modular jack can be applied to LAN, WAN, or other network connections, and it is widely used for applications such as PC’s, Servers, telecommunications, access control systems, and more. In addition, it is compatible with 20 to 22 AWG wire sizes.

It is easy to use and it allows for quick connection with an easy snap-in assembly. Moreover, it has a durability of 10,000 mating cycles, making it highly suitable for communications or network applications.

In terms of its working principle, the RJSSE7361 uses reliable shielding technology to provide improved crosstalk performance. It also has an impedance that matches the common T568A or T568B standard network interface that is suitable for Cat5e, Cat6, and higher cabling standards.

The RJSSE7361 is also RoHS compliant, and it uses a high-quality ABS thermoplastic material that is capable of withstanding temperatures up to 80.6°C (175.08°F). All of these features make the RJSSE7361 a reliable solution for use in various Ethernet applications.
