RM25C64C-LMAI-T, is a Serial access electrically erasable and programmable read-only memory (EEPROM), constructed by an array of solid state non-volatile memory cells. The EEPROM chip is a type of non-volatile memory that stores data with the help of an implemented electrical charge. An EEPROM does not require a constant power source, so the stored data is retained even when the power source to the chip is removed.
