It also features a wide frequency range of 0.1GHz to 75GHz, making it suitable for applications that need to tune or filter across a wide range of frequencies. It also has an acceptable insertion loss of no more than 0.3dB.The RO3156E is designed to function as both a filter and a resonator. When used as a filter, the waveforms of the signal at specific frequencies will be suppressed or amplified depending on the design of the filter. As a filter, it is designed to reject unwanted frequencies and allow only a given frequency range through. When used as a resonator, the waveforms of signal at specific frequencies will be echoed or amplified depending on the resonance frequency specified.In summary, the RO3156E is a high performance and low power resonator used extensively across a wide range of applications.
