ROV14H221K-2 is a multi-lane transient voltage suppressor component with a 14-pin Dual Inline Package (DIP) housing. It is a voltage dependent resistor (VDR) which is used to provide transient voltage protection for data and signal lines.

The ROV14H221K-2 is composed of six bidirectional VDRs, with each VDR having its own independent cathode and anode terminal. Two of the VDRs are connected in series to form an S-type configuration, and the other four are connected in parallel for a P-type configuration. The device is designed to operate over a wide range of temperatures and has a low dynamic resistance. The product is UL approved with a wide operating temperature range of -40°C to 105°C.

The device offers excellent ESD protection, as it is able to handle high levels of both ESD current and ESD voltage. Additionally, the device can be used to protect multiple lines, such as data lines, power lines, and control lines.
