.Power Line Filter Modules are electrical components which allow the transmission of signals or data along power line networks. The RSHN-2010D is one such filter module and is designed for the transmission of data and signals in power applications such as Industrial Facilities, Big Data Centers, Telecom Facilities, Manufacturing Workshop, etc.
The RSHN-2010D module contains two integrated filters that divide the input and output power into high and low frequencies. The high frequency filter reduces the Noise to Interference Ratio (NIR) of the transmitted signal while the low frequency filter helps protect against interference from Electromagnetic Interference (EMI) sources. The RSHN-2010D also features a surge protection feature that protects the device from high voltage spikes.
The module comes in three different types that include the RSHN-2010D-20, 30, and 40. The RSHN-2010D-20 has a maximum input current of 20 Amps, the RSHN-30 has a maximum input current of 50 Amps, and the RSHN-40 has a maximum input current of 75 Amps. All three models are rated for an operating temperature range of -30° to +80°C and are RoHS and CE certified. The module also features a status indicator LED which flashes when the module is operating correctly.
The RSHN-2010D is capable of operating in power applications ranging from 2Hz to 30MHz. The module can be configured for single-phase, split-phase, and wye-delta applications. The module is also designed for easy installation and maintenance with simple plug-and-play connection and onboard diagnostics for easy troubleshooting.
The module incorporates a low-pass filter which helps attenuate harmonic distortion, protecting the signal from interference from EMI sources. The filter is designed to provide minimal signal attenuation while still meeting the input power requirements. The filter is also designed to protect against transient events, such as lightning surges, and can withstand a peak surge current of 500A.
The RSHN-2010D is designed to meet the requirements of all types of applications and is suitable for both high and low-power transmission networks. The module is capable of providing a clean, low-impedance path for signal and power transmission, making it an ideal choice for applications that require a reliable, high-performance power line filter.
