The RT6503AGQW is an integrated, low-loss and low-dropout voltage regulator designed for mobile and battery-powered applications. It\'s a P-MOS based low dropout (LDO) regulator that offers low dropout voltage, low quiescent current, extended operating temperature range and fast transient response. The RT6503AGQW performs complete power management for a single cell Li-ion or Li-polymer battery powered system from 1.2V to 4.2V. It accepts 1.2V to 5.5V input voltage. The device operates in both linear and switching operation.
