Also, the RT6903BZQV provides several protection features such as input over-voltage protection (OVP), output over-voltage protection (OVP), thermal shutdown, and output over-current protection (OCP) to ensure reliable operation, system stability, and efficient operation of the circuit. To further enhance the design’s reliability, the RT6903BZQV has an integrated low-side MOSFET with a maximum drain-source voltage of 28V and an on-resistance of 1.1ohm.
