Working Principle

The RT9013-12GB utilizes an internal P-Channel MOSFET transistor to regulate an output voltage from 1.2V to 12V. This voltage regulation is achieved through the controlled conduction of the internal PMOS transistor. The input and output of the RT9013-12GB are isolated, allowing the input voltage to remain constant even if the output voltage changes.
