The RT9288AGE is a PMIC-LED driver with a wide range of applications. This device provides ProTekT™ integrated protection circuitry which protects the powered device and the power source from overvoltage, undervoltage and overcurrent conditions. It is designed for use in automotive lighting, industrial lighting, LCD and LED display panels, and other applications where protection from overvoltage and current is needed.

The RT9288AGE is a full power device, providing feature-rich functionality, including dimming and highly accurate current regulation. It is capable of supplying up to 8 independent outputs at up to 25 volts and a maximum load of 6.7A. The device includes an integrated low-voltage lockout (LVO) and temperature-sensing capability. Additionally, the device features an internal LED dimming control circuit, which can be used to reduce the LED forward voltage and current.
