S-1000N20-N4T1G Application Field and Working Principle
The S-1000N20-N4T1G, produced by RADIANT LED, is a high-performance Multi-Channel Constant-Current LED Driver integrated circuit that is used in LED back light and LED stroboscopic lighting.
The S-1000N20-N4T1G is a full bridge, four-channel, constant-current LED driver. It features low power operation, low EMI (<2.5μF), wide range of driver current (0.8A to 4.5A), and fast transient response (1μs). The LED driver has built-in microcontroller, gate driver and power MOSFET. It also can be programmed with a serial interface.
The S-1000N20-N4T1G can be applied in the LCD back light market and lighting applications, such as RGB LED display, linear LED illumination, and LED security lighting. It is also suitable for a range of different applications, such as automotive, consumer, industrial, and medical.
The S-1000N20-N4T1G can be used in three different configurations.
