Additionally, the circuit can detect the presence of a load, provide power-on reset functionality, manage power supply sequencing and provide status flags.The S-1009N22I-M5T1U has a wide input voltage range of 1.7V to 5.5V and is fully rated for temperatures ranging between -25℃ to +125℃ for enhanced reliability. Furthermore, the device has built-in slew rate moderation to limit inrush current during power up and can provide a power-on reset delay of up to 500ms.The S-1009N22I-M5T1U Supervisor employs a Negative Voltage Supervision (NVS) architecture which monitors the power line voltage accurately and reliably.
