The S-1121B29MC-N2OTFG is a two-phase, pulse-width modulation (PWM)-controlled, fixed output voltage linear regulator. The voltage regulator features ultra-low dropout voltage and low power dissipation and also has low noise and high efficiency, suitable for various applications such as point of load (POL) regulators, power over Ethernet (PoE) switches, industrial control systems, motor drives and more.

The output voltage is adjustable from 3.4V to 30V, with a maximum output current of 17A. In order to provide maximum efficiency and stability, the voltage regulator can automatically switch operating modes depending on the load current. At a light load current, the PWM mode is enabled to ensure high efficiency, while at heavier load currents the PWM mode is disabled and the linear mode is enabled to keep the output voltage stable.
