The S-1131B22UA-N4HTFG is a widely used low-cost voltage regulator designed to provide a regulated output voltage of 5V at up to 0.5A current with excellent performance characteristics including high-precision regulation and robust transient response.

The S-1131B22UA-N4HTFG is an adjustable, low dropout, linear regulator designed to provide a regulated output voltage, adjustable over a range of 1.5V to 15V.
