The S-1335L1C-M5T1U3 is a precision, low drop-out, linear regulator with a broad range of applications. It is a single channel, 3.3V regulated voltage output with a maximum output of 1.5A when powered directly from an input voltage of 4.5V to 12V. It features high accuracy, low noise, and fast transient response, making it suitable for powering a variety of devices, including digital cameras, tablets, consoles, and other portable devices.

The S-1335L1C-M5T1U3 has an integrated power MOSFET and low ESR tantalum electrolytic capacitor which allows the regulator to maintain high power output with very low noise and ripple. The maximum output voltage is adjustable within the range of 1.2V to 5V and achieves a dropout voltage of only 1V at rated load.
