For regulated voltage output, the S-13A1B18-A6T1U3 system provides a guaranteed output accuracy of ±1.5%.The S-13A1B18-A6T1U3 is available in both SIP and DIP package configurations, making it ideal for a wide variety of end applications. The device’s high-performance, ultra-low-input voltage capabilities make it the device of choice for a variety of applications requiring tight regulation of output voltages with low input current. Its high-efficiency switching frequency of up to 4 MHz enables better transient response and lower power dissipation.
