Working Principle

The S-13R1A17-N4T1U3 works on the principle of linear regulation, which Transistor-Transistor Logic (TTL) is best known for. It also features internal Thermal shutdown protection (TSD) which automatically shuts down the device when the temperature exceeds the allowed threshold. In addition, the S-13R1A17-N4T1U3 has reverse battery protection, over-temperature protection and current limit protection to ensure the safety of users and the equipment.
