The S-80820CLY-B-G PMIC Supervisors are an integrated voltage supervisor ideal for processor reset and power sequencing applications. They integrate a precision power-on reset generator and programmable delay timer, which can be used to generate reset signals and thermal overload Sequence. The device has an on-chip power supply voltage detection circuit, with a selectable threshold voltage of 2.63V to 4.9V. It also provides monitoring of its inputs over a wide voltage range. The supervisor is available in a 3 mm × 3 mm QFN package and can operate over the extended temperature range of −40°C to +85°C.
