Additionally, the device features both overcurrent and overvoltage protection on the Enable and RAM supplies, providing further safety and protection.

When in the OFF state, S-80823CNY-B2-U consumes negligible power. It requires a minimum start-up voltage of 1.4V and boasts of a maximum current drain of 3mA. The device guarantees a maximum current drain of 0.1mA in the OFF state and has a minimum reset time of 1ms.
