The S-80825CLY-B-G is a PMIC Supervisor which provides flexible and highly configurable power management capabilities. It is designed to provide system power monitoring and control power from multiple domains such as VDD_IN, VDD_OUT, VDD_SYS, and VDD_EB. In particular, it features two primary components - an Ultra-Low Power (ULP) supervisor and a dual 200mA low drop-out (LDO) regulator.
The ULP Supervisor is a dedicated monitoring circuit which is capable of monitoring voltages in the main supply rails and reporting events or errors via pulse width modulation (PWM) based signaling or interrupt alerts. It is designed to provide a low power consumption standby mode, so it consumes only a few µA when inactive. The dual 200mA LDO regulator is a high-performance power management solution providing a highly efficient power supply conversion by switching the DC-DC buck converter at a frequency up to 1MHz.
The S-80825Cly-B-G is ideal for use in applications with low power consumption requirements such as those found in consumer, automotive, industrial, and wearable devices.
