The second output is an active low Power Good (PG) signal that is asserted when the voltage exceeds the reset threshold.

The S-80940CNMC-G9AT2G supervisor IC also includes a FIFO (First In First Out) Buffer with four output pins that can be used to output a warning signal and two low power signal pins (LPL1 and LPL2). The warning signal pin and the two low power signal pins can be used to output information when the device is entering or exiting a low power state. The fourth output pin is an active low RESET pin that is used to reset the circuit when the voltage goes below the set threshold.
