S-812C40BPI-C4UTFG (S-812C) is a high performance voltage regulator. The device is an integrated linear regulator consisting of an adjustable voltage regulator, an adjustable current limiter circuit, an adjustable polynomial output limiter, and a built-in over temperature protection circuit. The S-812C is a 3-terminal adjustable linear voltage regulator that can deliver an output voltage between 4V and 40V.
