PMIC - Voltage Regulators - Linear

The S-817A52APF-CVPTFG is a member of the latest series of low dropout (LDO) linear voltage regulators incorporating a low ON-resistance P-channel MOSFET. It operates from a wide input voltage range 4.5V to 28V and provides a regulated output voltage with a high precision ±1.0 percent. In addition to excellent accuracy, the new product offers extra features including a short circuit protection, over-current protection, thermal shutdown, EMI filter, and fast output voltage response.

The S-817A52APF-CVPTFG is ideally suited for use in a wide range of applications. It can be used in automotive and industrial equipment as it is capable of working over a wide temperature range from -40°C to 125°C. Working principle
