Working Principle
The S-8337AADA-T8T1G is designed to work in switching mode and operates with a constant current during switching events. The integrated circuit switch controller is powered with a 5V source and it uses this voltage to produce the gate drive voltage for the MOSFETs. The undervoltage lockout circuit monitors the input voltage and will turn the switch off in the event of voltage loss. The driver circuit produces the gate drive signals for the MOSFETs, while the watchdog timer (WDT) monitors the output of the circuit in order to ensure a safe operation.
