The S-8520A34MC-AVTT2U is a DC-DC switching controller designed for a variety of power management applications in consumer, industrial, and automotive electronics. It is part of the S-8520A34MC-A series of DC-DC switching controllers from Mitsubishi Electric. This series of ICs features a wide input voltage range of 2.0V to 20V and provides a variety of functions such as basic current limit protection, output voltage adjustment, over temperature protection, low output ripple, and short circuit protection. This DC-DC switching controller also has a frequency of 200kHz and a maximum current of 3.2A.
