The S-8520B33MC-ARST2G is a non-insulated, high-side switch control integrated circuit by Samsung Semiconductor. This integrated circuit is designed for the purpose of enhancing power management efficiency in DC to DC converters and switching power supplies. It is commonly used in battery-driven and low noise applications such as air-conditioning systems, medical devices, humidifiers, and PDP TVs.

The S-8520B33MC-ARST2G can drive N-channel MOSFETs with two power inputs.
