S142ANNT924 is a dual channel RF amplifier module producing high linearity, power, and efficiency that makes it ideally suited for L-band applications. It is a cost effective and highly integrated solution that enables system designers to realize new levels of performance in communication and navigation systems. In addition to its exceptional gain, power, and efficiency, the module also features a wide range of power management features that make it easy to tailor system performance to fit specific applications.
The S142ANNT924 module features two independent amplified RF chains that can be used in a variety of applications. Each chain is capable of delivering a maximum gain of 50dB and a maximum output power of up to 24 Watts.
