S3067 Application Field and Working Principle

The application of the S3067 lies in its ability to modify barrels to fit into specific and diverse rifle platforms. Despite its rather complex external features, the design of the S3067, when broken down to its core parts, is quite simple. As standard barrel designs become increasingly out of date and require more modifications in order to keep up with the current rifle platforms, the S3067 is able to provide effective methods for customizing old barrels so they can be installed onto various rifles. Operation

This is done by screwing the nut onto the thread that is placed on the rear of the barrel adapter. Once the barrel adapter is fixed to the barrel, it can be inserted into the rifle, with the barrel extension connecting onto the rifle’s upper receiver.

The second step involves locking the barrel in place. This is done by applying a clamping force to the barrel extension with the barrel locking nut. The nut is then tightened until the correct torque has been achieved, thereby ensuring that the barrel extension is securely attached to the rifle. Once this is done, the barrel is fully installed and ready to be used.
