The S3G-E3/9AT series of single diodes are widely used in a variety of industrial, commercial and consumer applications. The products provide utmost efficiency and performance in power rectification and switching applications.

The S3G-E3/9AT series of single diodes are widely used for general purpose rectification and switching applications such as freewheeling, DC motor control, battery charge/discharge protection, acceleration, solar power panels and more. In addition, they provide very low dropout and low forward voltage, as well as low temperature co-efficiency and high temperature operating stability.

The S3G-E3/9AT series of diodes provide up to 780 volts of continuous reverse voltage protection and 16 amps (1.5 watts) of rectified current, making them ideal for applications where space-saving and reliability are essential.

The working principle of the S3G-E3/9AT series of single diodes is based on the physical structure. This structure consists of two main parts, an anode and a cathode. The anode is a plate that is connected to the positive side of the power supply and is used to allow current to pass through.
