The input converter is designed to convert the input AC voltage into DC voltage, and the intermediate energy-hold circuit is used to store and maintain the voltage.The output of the intermediate energy-hold circuit and the input of the output transistor are connected, allowing the voltage to pass through the switch transistor. The control circuit then stops and starts the output transistor at regular intervals, allowing the output voltage to remain constant. Finally, the transformer converts the output voltage to the required level and sends it to the load. The S8VM-15024PD also has a wide range of features designed to make it easy to use. It has annealing protection to protect against overloads, gate drive fault protection to guard against burning and short-circuits, a built-in EMI filter for suppressing electromagnetic interference, over-voltage protection to ensure safe operation of the device, built-in temperature protection and various protection terminals for output, input, and output hold. It is also RoHS compliant and has an MTBF of 2.4 million hours.
