SAFC165HLFV13XT is a high frequency transceiver chip which can be used in various applications and is capable of providing high-speed data transmission in a wide variety of communication networks. The chip has an integrated dual-band low-noise amplifier (LNA) and an integrated mixer. The low-noise amplifier is used to amplify small signals while the mixer converts the frequency of the signal. This ensures that the signal is exchanged in a bidirectional manner. The operating temperature range of SAFC165HLFV13XT ranges from -40°C to +85°C, with a power supply of 1.8V to 3.6V and a current consumption of 30mA at 3.0VPP.
