The SC194AMLTRT is a high performance DC to DC switching regulator, which is very popular in the PMIC (Power Management Integrated Circuit) – Voltage Regulators – DC DC Switching Regulators application field. It provides voltage regulation, low ripple/noise, power efficiency and low cost integrated solutions for the most challenging DC to DC switching regulator applications. This regulator is a great choice for nearly all types of communication equipment, from cellular phones and automotive applications to high-precision medical, military and industrial equipment.

The SC194AMLTRT is a highly integrated and cost-effective DC to DC switching regulator. The package size of this regulator is only 8mm x 8mm. It also supports output currents of up to 500mA, with output voltage accuracy of ±2% over line, load and temperature ranges.

This device is also suitable for the use in harsh environments due to the low-profile heat spreader that is made from aluminum nitride substrate. It consumes very low quiescent current and exhibits excellent thermal performance due to its integrated heat spreader. In addition, it has a high efficiency of up to 95%.

The SC194AMLTRT is designed to meet multiple application requirements. It features current mode control and an onboard frequency compensation bus structure. It also supports wide outputs ranging from 0.75V to 6V, adjustable switching frequency up to 1.2MHz and programmable soft start and enable.
