Working Principle:

The SCA103T-D04-6 combines micro-electro-mechanical system (MEMS) technology, analog-to-digital conversion technology, signal filtering technology and low-power digital signal processing technology. In the sensor, a pair of sensitive mass elements is embedded in a reference frame orthogonally, and each one with a pair of movable coupling blades with an electrical bridge crossing the blade center. When there is an external force which causes the rotation of the sensitive mass, the distance between two bridge points changes, and thus the difference in the output voltage of four sensing points forms - which is proportional to the angle of the rotation. This voltage signal is transmitted to the signal processor, where it is converted and filtered to provide accurate information.
