Application Field

The SCL1/0-X terminal wire splice connector are widely used in automobile manufacturing, home appliances, air conditioners, audio and video, general electronics, computers, and precision instruments. It is suitable for wiring of single-core sectional copper cables, such as AWG#28~#12 or 0.25~1.5mm2, commonly used in terminal wiring in automobile factories, home appliances, or precision instruments.

Working Principle

The SCL1/0-X terminal wire splice connector works by attaching pre-crimped terminals to the end of a wire and giving it an insulation cover. In this way, the power transmission is established between the terminals and the connected wires when they are connected. The operation begins with stripping the wire, twisting the exposed bared section, and then inserting it into the tinned tube. The sleeve and pre-crimped terminals are installed after the insertion is completed. This creates a secure, vibration and shock resistant connection, and also provides insulation protection to the terminal and wiring.
