A Single-phase Bidirectional AC-DC Conversion-type SCT62 is a type of AC-DC converter commonly used in AC power systems. It has two main applications. The first application is in industrial and commercial applications. This type of converter can be used to either step-up or step-down AC voltage between two different voltage levels. It can also be used to provide a stable DC voltage output from an AC supply, or to convert AC current to an adjustable DC voltage. The second application is in renewable energy systems, such as photovoltaic systems, to provide efficient AC-to-DC power conversion.The working principle of an SCT62 is based on a voltage multiplier circuit.
