The SE2595L-R is a low-noise high-linearity low cost gallium arsenide (GaAs) amplifier (LNA) for frequency bands from 950MHz to 2150MHz. The SE2595L-R is particularly well suited for applications such as GPS systems, WLANS, WiMAX and other emerging systems.

This amplifier is designed to introduce low noise level and offer high linearity of +22dBm P1dB compression point, enabling a high output power of + 16dBm. Additionally, it is optimized for up to 2GHz operation and offers comprehensive protection against active device failure, along with a low current consumption of only 6mA.

The SE2595L-R amplifier has been designed with a unique ‘power-saving’ feature, which allows this amplifier to operate with 9dB lower gain at lower power levels.
