The SERDESUR-916ROSNOPB is a popular evaluation and demonstration board and kit that is used for analyzing and demonstrating the functionality of a remote observation system. Its applications include analyzing and demonstrating the functionality of a wide range of radiofrequency (RF), data, and control systems used in aerospace & defense and communications & networking systems. The SERDESUR-916ROSNOPB also provides an evaluation platform for sampling a digital signal and evaluating the performance of the signal, as well as designing, developing, and testing the integration of the signal into the hardware.The board features a high-performance 8bit Digital signal processor (DSP), a high-performance 16bit AD converter (ADC), a low-power FPGA (FPGA) for processing the digital signal, and a 50-ohm transmission line for transmission of the signal. The board supports multiple sampling methods, including F single-ended, F differential, M single-ended, and M differential, and can detect and analyze signal amplitudes from 50 Hz to 24 Gz. It also has the capability for analogue signal processing.The SERDESUR-916ROSNOPB board works by providing a platform for analyzing, understanding, and demonstrating the functionality and characteristics of an RF system. In the first step, the user connects the TX inputs and receive output to the board and inputs the signal. The SERDESUR-916ROSNOPB board then decodes the signal and processes the data according to the instructions given in the user control interface.Once the signal is received and processed, the user can then use the SERDESUR-916ROSNOPB board to analyze the signal’s amplitude, frequency, and phase, as well as the signal-to-noise ratio (SNR). The board also allows the user to adjust the gain of the detection module or to add signal modulation to the signal.
