The working process of SET-3B generally starts with the lowering of the drum carrier to the bottom of the tank. Then the drum carrier will pick up the container and lift it up towards the track’s level. The reel drive then controls the positioning of the container in the truck, while the reel-operating mechanism locks the container in place. Then the controller, monitor, and automatic level controller will start to control the operation of the system. As the container moves towards the top of the tank, the pump will start to pump the liquid from the container. Once the container is emptied, the controller will start to de-pressurize the system, stopping the pump from operating. After the container is fully emptied, the drum carrier will move the container to the drum storage, where it can be re-filled and stored again for future use.
