Application Field
The SGE-1510-2-2580A 02000C is a high-end industrial equipment production from Sanken Group Co., Ltd. It is designed to fulfill the requirements of most industrial manufacturing processes, typically automotive production tooling, aerospace product manufacturing, and high-precision instrument and medical device manufacturing. The stainless steel frame of the SGE-1510-2-2580A 02000C guarantees its durability and robustness in most industrial environments. The equipment is also equipped with plenty of features to ensure optimal performance, such as manual or automatic operation, adjustable spindle speeds, a fourth axis, quick-change tooling, and a mobile app interface for monitoring and data logging.
Working Principle
The SGE-1510-2-2580A 02000C works based on a specialized type of machining process referred to as “milling”. It utilizes a rotating cutting tool which is driven by a motor to carve out shapes on a piece of metal (or other material). The milling machine has X, Y, and Z axes which can be adjusted individually, allowing the machine to cut and carve out the required shape on the metal. The fourth axis is a rotating one making it possible to produce round shaped objects. The cutting tool is attached to the spindle and is driven in a forward and backward motion, producing both smooth and complicated shapes out of the metal.
The SGE-1510-2-2580A 02000C also features a pocket offset system which allows the machine to create 3D shapes with sharp corners and precise detail. The pocket offsets are programmed into the machine and cutting depths are set accordingly. The machine is versatile enough to operate both manually and automatically, allowing for easy and precise control.
The SGE-1510-2-2580A 02000C has a built-in mobile app interface for monitoring and data logging, which provides users with real-time feedback during operation. This feature allows for consistent and reliable quality and reduces the chances of mistakes during production.
