The SI5335D-B05522-GM is a part of a family of Clock Generators, Phase-Locked Loops (PLLs) and Frequency Synthesizers from Silicon Labs. If the output frequency is lower than the reference, the filter will increase the voltage control of the VCO and raise the output frequency until the reference frequency is reached. This process is repeated on a continuous loop until the reference and the VCO output are matched.
The SI5335D-B05522-GM\'s advanced loop filter design is capable of lower phase jitter and faster lock-up times, and is able to reject line noise and other forms of unwanted signals. This provides an improved total harmonic distortion performance while also offering a more reliable and stable output.
